Reservations

Reservations may be made via our secure reservations request form, or you may contact us at 1-800-471-8082, on Maui at 248-4999 by fax at (808)248-4941 or by e-mail at vacation@hanabayhale.com.

• Quoted rates are guaranteed for confirmed reservations. Published rates on our website and in our brochures are subject to change without notice.
• For reservations that will occur more than 30 days in the future, a one night deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. Balances are due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Balances will be applied to the credit card we have on file and a reconfirmation will be mailed or e-mailed.
• For reservations occurring within 30 days, payments are due in full at the time the reservation is made.
• We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, cashiers checks, travelers checks and money orders.

Cancellations / Refunds

• There will be a 15% cancellation fee for all cancellations.
• Cancellation notices are required 30 days prior to arrival in order to receive refunds on reservations except as noted below.
• Cancellation notices received less than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded on a pro-rated basis for each day the accommodation is re-booked.
• If you check out prior to your registered check out date, refunds will be given on a pro-rated basis for each day the accommodation is re-booked.
• For reservations occurring within 30 days from the time the reservation is made, reservation is non-refundable unless accommodation is re-booked
• For reservations occurring between December 15 - January 15 : Cancellations must be received 60 days prior to arrival otherwise, refunds will only be given if the accommodation is rebooked.
